Bukky Onifade, founder of Coached by Bukky

You have done so much, and you are not sure how it all fits together now. That is where many of the women I work with begin.

Hi, I’m Bukky Onifade, a business coach and calm, perspective-shifting partner for women navigating business, life transition, and reinvention in midlife. I help women 45+ make business decisions with confidence, in the right sequence, so your experience, expertise, and life-earned wisdom become clear offers, simple business models, and practical next steps.

Many of the women I work with are leaving corporate, repositioning after a career shift, rebuilding after life change, or finally giving structure to an idea they have carried for years.

My own journey through transition, grief, reinvention, and shifting priorities has shaped the way I coach. I understand what it means to be both experienced and uncertain: to have skills, wisdom, and perspective, and still need clarity around what comes next.

I believe business is not just about scaling. It is about doing meaningful work in a way that feels grounded, sustainable, and true to the season of life you are in now.

How we work together

Three steps, in order.

The goal is not to become someone you do not recognize. The goal is to build from who you already are.

  1. Talk it through

A 15-minute call to name where you are and what comes first. No preparation needed.

  2. Map your sequence

Together we decide what to do first, what can wait, and what to leave out, so the plan fits your life as well as your goals.

  3. Build, one step at a time

Choose the support that suits you, from a self-paced offer to one-to-one coaching, and move through the sequence with someone alongside you.
